About Lisa Boesen

“The least of things with a meaning is worth more in life than the greatest of things without it.”
Carl Jung

Personal mission statement: To delight in others, to illuminate life daily with joyfulness and kindness, to embrace others with peace and love beyond reason.

These are my thoughts and musings on how understanding Jungian typology and MBTI®  can bring me closer to the realization of my personal mission.

A Bit About Lisa

Lisa’s passion in life is all about sharing her dominant gifts – compassion, insight and organization.  By effectively blending her unique sense of humor with a creative and dynamic on-stage presence, Lisa’s high-energy speeches and workshops foster audience participation from even the toughest groups.  As a trained facilitator and speaker,  Lisa is highly sought for her innovative, provocative and engaging presentation style.  Her entertaining and motivational speeches and workshops focus on leadership, talent management, customer service, coaching, self-discovery and personal empowerment.

With more than 30 years of clinical, management and Human Resources expertise, Lisa’s background includes recruitment, employee and leadership development, employee rewards and recognition, and career and succession planning. She has also applied her organizational development skills to executive positions on community and professional organization boards by developing strategic plans in collaboration with the board members, and redesigning business structure and processes for the groups. Lisa believes “What cannot be measured, cannot be improved”, and that includes talent management.  She integrates quality and process improvement into all aspects of her coaching and development practice and program deliverables.  Lisa’s love for harmony, learning and understanding of the human psyche and its impact on human behavior and organizational outcomes led her to MBTI®  certification and the application of type to individual and organizational dynamics. She enjoys linking Type to ordinary daily work and life activities and sharing her enthusiasm for personal development with her audience.

She earned a Masters in Organizational Management and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is active in professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, Society for Human Resource Management, American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration, the Houston Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration and the Association for Psychological Type International.

When not busy color-coding chaos and organizing it into a process flowchart, Lisa sneaks off to travel with her husband to renew, refresh and envision possibilities.
